  • BKHS Transportation - 2026-2027 Program Enrollment Request Form

    Please use this form to request transportation service for the 2026-2027 school year. Contracts will be honored on a first-come, first-served basis. Notification that a seat is reserved for your student will be sent once enrollment has been confirmed and the contract is processed by the BKHS Business Office and returned to our office. Contracts are processed by the Business Office beginning in March. Please note: Several routes do fill quickly. Due to the high demand for bus transportation, if a seat is not available, your student will be placed on the waitlist.  If placed on the wait list, we will advise as soon as a seat becomes available for your selected route.

Important notes: Payments will be processed beginning in March and only if the student is enrolled to attend Bishop Kenny High School for the 2026-2027 school year with a tuition payment plan established with the school.

The Cariina Parent App, available for iPhone or Android, allows parents to track the location of the bus, submit attendance changes or absence notices, and communicate directly with the transportation program.

  • Emergency Contact Information

    In case of an emergency, the bus driver and/or school will first contact the parent phone number listed in Cariina. Parents are asked to check that phone numbers and email addresses are CURRENT in Cariina at the start of the new school year. If a parent or guardian cannot be reached, next the bus driver and/or school will contact one of the emergency contacts provided at the time of enrollment/reenrollment at Bishop Kenny High School. These emergency contact names and numbers can be found in your BKHS Application for Admission or in the FACTS Family Portal.

    Routine Communication

    All routine communication regarding the Bus Transportation Program will be sent via FACTS (RenWeb) to the parent/guardian email addresses on file with the school. Reminder notices (e.g. special schedule days) will be sent via the Cariina parent app. In the event of a major route delay, an alert message will be sent via the Cariina parent app.

  • Release of Liability

    I, the undersigned parent, guardian, or legal representative hereby request that Bishop Kenny High School, Inc. allow my child to participate in the transportation program for the 2026-2027 school year. The undersigned parent, guardian or legal representative hereby consents to the participation of the child named above in the transportation program. Bishop Kenny High School, Inc. will provide transportation from August 11, 2026, to May 28, 2027, for 180 school days from designated pick-up site to Bishop Kenny High School in the morning and from Bishop Kenny High School to designated drop-off site in the afternoon or for the range of dates requested (short term contracts only).

    All information included on the Application for Admission for the 2026-2027 school year will be used and applied to this Contract. All rules, policies and procedures outlined in the 2026-2027 Parent and Student Handbook, as well as the Transportation Program Handbook, are in effect for students during their participation in the transportation program. All infractions, in addition to any possible consequences outlined in the handbooks, will be referred to the Dean of Students who has the right to dismiss a student from the program. If a student is dismissed from the program, there are no refunds. Transportation will be provided by and take place under the guidance and supervision of employees of Bishop Kenny High School, Inc.

    If you request that your child participate, please read, complete, sign and submit this electronic contract which includes your consent, as well as a full release of liability. As parent or legal guardian, you remain fully responsible for any acts of the named student. For and in consideration of the student being allowed to participate in this program, and other valuable consideration, the undersigned parent, guardian or legal representative, on behalf of the student and the student’s parents, personal representatives, assigns, heirs, and next of kin, do hereby release and hold harmless Bishop Kenny High School, Inc., its employees and agents of said parties engaged in this particular program, and their personal representatives or assigns, from any loss or damage on account of any injury to the person or the personal property, of the student, or death, caused by negligence or otherwise, while the student is engaged in the bus transportation program. The undersigned expressly agree that this release, waiver, and indemnity agreement is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by the laws of the State of Florida, and that if any portion of this agreement is held invalid, it is agreed that the balance shall notwithstanding, continue in full legal force and effect. The undersigned parent, guardian, or legal representative further acknowledges that he/she is authorized to enter this agreement on behalf of the student, and the student’s parents, personal representatives, assigns, heirs, and next of kin. I declare that I have read the foregoing application, and the facts stated in it are true. I understand that my electronic signature on this written declaration has the same legal effect as an oath or affirmation.
